These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of this website and your purchase of Purana Advanced Select from Holborn Wellness Ltd ("we", "us"), registered in England and Wales (Company No. 09847312), 74 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2FD.

1. Acceptable Use

You may use this website for lawful personal purposes only. You must not use this site to transmit any unlawful, harmful or abusive material, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, or to engage in any conduct that could damage, disable or impair our systems.

2. Ordering & Sale Conditions

Order process: Submitting the order form (name + phone number) constitutes a request to purchase, not a binding contract. A contract is formed when our customer team calls you to confirm the order and you verbally confirm acceptance.

Price: The confirmed price is £28.99 per pack (90 capsules), inclusive of any applicable taxes. Delivery is included for all UK addresses.

Payment: Payment is made exclusively on delivery, in cash or by card to the courier. No online payment is required or accepted. We accept Visa and Mastercard via the courier's terminal.

Cancellation before dispatch: You may cancel your order free of charge at any time before dispatch - either during the confirmation call or subsequently by contacting us by phone or email. You may also decline to accept the delivery at the door, which will cancel the order automatically.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Holborn Wellness Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of this site or from purchase of the product. Our liability for any direct loss shall not exceed the price paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

All content on this website - including text, images, logos and design - is the property of Holborn Wellness Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Returns & Right to Cancel

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Full details are set out in our Refund Policy.

6. Dispute Resolution

We aim to resolve all disputes promptly and amicably. Please contact us in the first instance at info@luminousboneclea.world. If a resolution cannot be reached, you may seek recourse through the courts of England and Wales.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
